Raul Zambrano started doing comedy on April 9th of 2013 in San Diego, CA. His name was drawn out of a bucket out of a colossal 30 other comedians, so thus the Gods and destiny were on his side. His debut was as powerful as the Thunders of Valhalla, laughter roared and filled the room like a tidal wave of hungry lions. Raul consumed the sweet nectar of immediate validation and hence began to have an unquenchable thirst for the stage. He had tasted blood, and he wanted more. Raul looked up at the sky and cursed the Gods for this wretched hex; for his life was no longer the life of a simple college drop out. No. He trekked journeys between comedy clubs to perform at The La Jolla Comedy Store, The American Comedy Co, The Comedy Palace, but was ultimately adopted by the Mad House Comedy Club as an honorary member. Legend says he still performs today.
In October 2013, at the age of 20, Jaleesa Johnson first began performing stand-up comedy. Jaleesa’s material has evolved from raunchy and hypersexual humor into a more witty, thought-provoking and observational performance.
